Summary:

With their existence now common knowledge amongst the people of Karst the original corporations that make up InColCon seem to have begun operating openly.

The two remaining prison camps run by O.R.C. appear to be running at almost full capacity after months of slowly accumulating more captives from across Karst. There is no word on the well being of those inside.

Arkway Mechanical has started hiring free Karst inhabitants as laborers in apparent efforts to rebuild pre-collapse settlements. There are no widely known reports of mistreatment of these workers except those commited by fellow Karstian's labeling them as traitors.

Rumors of abductions, roaming monstrocities, and wonders of science have been pouring in from all corners of the world for months almost always attributed to Vartok Medical. While some reports speak of breathtaking discoveries that would surely benefit mankind these are weighed against tales of unthinkable abominations.

Without the control of their creators the androids of Assistive Technologies are known to have proclaimed their desire to destroy InColCon and taken up residence en masse in Beacon. Reports as to their ability to coexist alongside mankind are mixed.

In all this Zuberi Energy's activities, if they've had any, have remained largely unknown to the world at large leading many to speculate as to what they are up to.

The world is a very different place than it was just two years ago. All but the most fervant have come to the realization that Karst will never return to the way it was. With that the question on everyone's mind:
